Part of the visit of the Mayor of Za’tara, Mr. Mohammad Dhuib, and his accompanying delegation to the Bethlehem Municipality, to offer congratulations and blessings to Mr. Maher Nicola Canawati on the occasion of his assumption of the Mayorship, wishing him and the members of the Municipal Council success in serving the city of Bethlehem and enhancing its service role.

During the meeting, which was attended by several members of the Municipal Council, the two sides discussed avenues for joint cooperation between the two municipalities in various fields, emphasizing the importance of concerted efforts between local authorities to contribute to improving the level of services provided to citizens, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances facing the Palestinian people. Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships between Palestinian municipalities to confront current challenges and support the resilience of local communities through joint development and community initiatives.
