Olive Wood Saint Christopher Statue

Hand carving of one of Christianity’s most popular saints. reenacting him carrying a child across a powerful river. Legend has it that the child became heavier and he asked the child why. The child responded that he was the Christ and when St Christopher carried him he also carried the whole world on his shoulders. The child then vanished. 

This olive wood article is very solid, and durable. The surface has a fine finish that’s silky smooth to the touch.

Our artisans carve these products from pruned branches follow the standard pruning process. This is a beautiful and truly magnificent gift from the Holy Land.
