Mosaic Fish brown Mug

This gorgeous ceramic mug is full of bright cheerful color! Keep it on the mantel as a decoration, or take it down and use. It features a representation of the famous 4th century Christian fish mosaic excavated from an ancient church in Tabgha on the shores of the Galilee.
Manufacturing Process:
Each individual item is hand made with ceramic clay. Once complete it is placed in an oven at temp. 1000°C until hardened. Each piece is then hand painted using metallic and oxidized paint in order to keep its natural color.
Again it is returned to the oven at the same temperature and finished with fine glazing.
