Broken Items replacement Procedures
As we thrive to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, Three-arches.com promises to ship your order within 3 days from the date payment is Cleared, (excluding custom made orders). If your order consists of custom items you will be notified of the delivery Date. To make it easier for our customers to understand our shipping policy, we have outlined the different shipping methods we provide.
Please note that regular shipping is also registered to insure delivery.
Please note that all prices provided are in U.S. dollars.
We ship using:
1. USPS for small packages
2. Fedex for larger packages
Shipping rates are flat and pre inserted into our site so you do not have to worry about calculating shipping.
For Expedited shipping Please send a note to us after or before placing the order and we will reply to you with the extra cost that you have to pay.
We will ship your items from two different locations depending on availability.
The locations are our head Quarter in Bethlehem PA Via Israel and the warehouse in Orange in The USA .
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the items to Three-Arches.com. If the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products), we will refund you the order total amount including shipping. If the return is not due to our error, we will refund the order total amount not including shipping cost and item must be in original packaging and in same condition as it was shipped.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Three-Arches.com .
We cannot exchange items that are defective or damaged or in unassailable condition or are missing parts after the 30 days period from delivery date and has been reported to us within 10 days from the date received that it has a defect, failing to report any damage within 10 days will cause in refusing to replace item . Missing and broken parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
1. Please include a copy of the original order Email which includes all information of the order and your contact information.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from the day we receive your item.
Broken Items replacement Procedures:
You are eligible to return any broken or defective item if you report it within 10 days from the day you receive it other wise your replacement claim will be rejected.
1. Please keep all original packaging and email us at email@example.com with explanation of the damage.
2. If shipped via Fedex Please call fedex Immediately at 1800-463-3339 and request a call tag and schedule a pick.
3. Please insert broken item only in original box and make it ready for fedex to pick up
4. Email us with the call tag #
5. we will ship your replacement within 7 business days and you will be notified of that. if item is not available you will be receiving your payment back immediately.
